I made a new blog header in Photoshop, but it looks like it's straight out of a nightmare. I saved it as a jpeg, then uploaded it the same as I did before...why does it look like that? Does anyone know?

Hey Lori. Something is going on with a setting in your photoshop or something...
I would try this, go to your image and click File > then Save for Web & Devices... then on the left (under the buttons Save, Cancel, Done) choose on the dropdown next to "Preset:" JPEG High.. then, under Quality choose 90-something... make sure only "Optimized" is checked and leave the rest blank or unchecked... then hit "Save"... put it somewhere on your desktop or where ever... and upload it however you uploaded it before...
That should do the trick. Let me know if it doesn't and we can try something else.
